Stafford sits roughly 8km north of the Brisbane CBD, strung along Stafford Road and the Kedron Brook corridor. From our Gaythorne base it is a short run east, following the brook downstream, which makes it one of the closest suburbs we service.

It is an unashamedly residential, family suburb. The streets carry a layered mix: original pre-war Queenslanders, a large stock of post-war homes from the 1940s and 50s, renovated cottages, and a growing band of contemporary townhouses and low-rise units. The post-war timber homes that define Stafford were mostly built on quarter-acre blocks, and many still carry their original bones: tongue-and-groove VJ walls, timber picture rails, deep skirting boards, chamferboard exteriors and hardwood floors.
